Our Delivery Service offers you a FREE Nationwide Delivery to anywhere on the UK mainland, including Scotland !
At Furn-On we aim to show all details of your order clearly, so you can order with the understanding of what delivery service you can expect. If you still have any questions however, please get in touch and we will be happy to help further.
Next Day Delivery
On this service you item is delivered the next working day (Monday – Friday) by a carrier if ordered before the 12 noon cut off. You can select the delivery date at checkout however don't worry if you forgot to do so as we will call you asking you to select your preferred delivery date. The delivery will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm and can be delivered on a day and to an address of your choice, including work or family addresses.
When you are signing for your order, you are signing to say you have received the items in good condition, therefore external damage to the packing MUST be noted when you sign for your delivery.
Our next day delivery service covers delivery to a ground floor only. If you need delivery anywhere above a ground floor, please contact us in advance and we can make alternative arrangements for you.
Express Delivery
In most circumstances, express delivery is available so if you are interested in an item or several items then contact us with the details of all the goods you wish to order, along with the postcode of your chosen delivery location and the date you need your delivery on or by and we will have this checked with our couriers.
Storage and Delayed Delivery
We understand that on occasions you may want to secure your order but hold the delivery to a later date. Storaging your order for you and arranging a delayed delivery date is no problem. We find this comes in handy for those moving home pending their moving in date. This service is also arrange free of charge.Credit and Debit Cards
Card payments can be made online or over the telephone, both options processing immediately through a secure Sagepay terminal protecting your details. Also there is no charge applied to process any form of card payment, this includes American Express, as we cover the card charge for you.
Paypal & Paypal Express
Once you sign up for a PayPal account, you can use your account to pay for your order online. Within Paypal you send money choosing to fund your payments from your PayPal account balance, a credit card, or your bank account. Either option would debit your paypal account straight away, the funds would then credit against your Furn-On order. Once this process has taken place you should have two forms of receipt. One direct form PayPal and a second and most important, an email invoice from Furn-On confirming your order, payment and contact information. Please contact us on 01207 505311 to amend any details generated from your paypal account, if these differ to those desired in the invoice.
Interest Free Credit
If your order value is £300 or over then we can offer you the option for interest free credit.
How do I apply for Interest Free Credit ?
Add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart – Remember, the total order value must be over £300.
In the shopping cart, click on the V12 Retail Finance image.
Complete the application form and once submitted, we will aim to contact you within 1 business hour with a response to your application.
If approved, we e-mail you and you must confirm acceptance of the application online. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, we take a 10% deposit for your order via a card payment over the telephone and will then be able to process your order. After delivery of your order, you will then start payments by direct debit to our finance company who will take six further monthly direct debit payments from you with no interest charged. Please note, in order to apply for interest free credit you must:
Be aged 18 or over
Be a permanent UK resident (minimum 3 years)
Be currently residing in the application address
Either :
Be in full-time employment (i.e. 16 hours or more per week)
Self-employed
Retired and over 50 years of age
In receipt of an invalidity or disability allowance
