Do you have to be a member of PayPal?
No, you have the choice of either paying through your PayPal account or with most high street credit/debit cards.
Do you have a catalogue you could send me?
Unfortunately we do not have a catalogue as this helps us to reduce costs. All of our products are displayed on the website which is updated daily.
Do you offer trade/bulk discount?
We are willing to offer discount for large orders. Please contact our sales team customer.services@furn-on.com for further details.
Storage
At Furn-On we understand that building projects can be delayed and that you may not be able to take delivery of your furniture immediately.
If this is the case please let us know and we will store your items in our warehouse for you, free of charge, and deliver at a later date when you are ready to receive them.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs 20.00 per order.
For orders over the value of 250.00, delivery is FREE!
Where can you deliver to?
Delivery is available to any of the UK mainland. Unfortunately we can not deliver products to Northern Ireland or any other smaller islands.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Our target delivery time is 14 working days. Please note that this is a maximum period and we may be able to deliver within a shorter time period, please contact Customer Services for more information.
I have placed an order, when will it arrive?
Unfortunately we can not give a more accurate delivery date however you will be contacted prior to delivery to make suitable arrangements for both parties. If you require any further information, please contact us on 0845 3309298.
What happens if I find the same item elsewhere for less?
If you can show us where you have found the same product anywhere else for less, we will return the difference. Items must not be part of a sale or special offer.
How do I return items?
With our money back guarantee you can return any items to us within 14 days provided they have remained in their original packaging. Further details are available on request. This does not affect your statutory rights. To avoid any difficulties, please check all items before signing for them from the courier upon delivery.
