At Furn-On we aim to deliver your goods within 14 working days from you placing your order. We use a specialist courier service in order to deliver your goods as we find that our products are taken better care of than by every day couriers. It also means that your goods are in safe hands when it leaves our depot to be delivered to you.
Christmas Delivery
Our cut-off date for guaranteed christmas deliveries is 05/12/08. Any orders placed after that date may still arrive before Christmas but are not guaranteed. For any extra information, please call us on 0845 3309298.
Delivery Arrangements
Our courier will contact you the day prior to delivery in order to arrange a time for the handover of your goods to ensure that your day is not wasted.
Should your delivery time be delayed at all you will be informed of this at the earliest available opportunity. Furn-On deliver to anywhere throughout the mainland UK.
Delivery Costs
On orders over £250 we do not have any delivery charge to the entire UK mainland. On orders under £250 we do have a small delivery charge of £20 which is to cover the cost of our specialist courier.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is available on most of our products, and you can receive your goods within as little as 24 hours from ordering. However the cost of express delivery can come at a higher premium, depending on the item required and where in the country you are located. Please be aware that costs of express delivery do vary and on some occasions express delivery can be very costly.

Storage
At Furn-On we understand that building projects can be delayed and that you may not be able to take delivery of your furniture immediately. If this is the case please let us know and we will store your items in our warehouse for you, free of charge, and deliver at a later date when you are ready to receive them.
48 Hour Mattress Delivery
Our 48 hour mattress delivery service will ensure you have somewhere to sleep almost immediately. Once ordered, these will be delivered within a maximum of 2 working days. Please note that if a 48 hour mattress is ordered along with other items then the mattress will be delivered within 14 working days along with the rest of the order unless specified otherwise.
